Terms of Service

The Site is informational and lets you request a free Amazon account audit. Using the Site or requesting an audit does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services.

Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement). Submitting a form, requesting an audit, or exchanging emails does not form a binding services contract on its own.

Case studies, metrics, and figures shown on the Site (including TACoS, ACoS, RoAS, revenue, and growth percentages) are illustrative or anonymized examples. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees. Marketplace results depend on factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, inventory, competition, and platform changes. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

The Site and its content, design, and text are owned by Spenzio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute Site content without our written permission. Product names and logos referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, scrape or harvest data, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Amazon, Walmart, and Google are independent companies and their marks belong to them. References to these platforms or to partner or certified status do not imply endorsement by them. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are outside our control.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spenzio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spenzio harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spenzio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
