Information you provide. When you submit the audit or contact form we collect your name, work email, brand name, monthly ad-spend range, and the goal or blocker you describe. We only ask for what is needed to assess the request.

Collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referring source). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address and request timestamps.

We use submitted information to prepare and deliver the audit you requested, respond to your inquiry, communicate about our services, keep the Site secure, and measure and improve its performance. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site, and taking steps at your request before any engagement.

We use Google Analytics cookies to produce aggregate statistics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools. We do not sell personal data and do not run cross-site advertising trackers on the Site.

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (stores form submissions), Vercel (hosting, CDN, and logs), and Google (analytics, and delivery of our internal lead notifications). We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We retain audit and contact submissions only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
